Each MLB offseason, there are plenty of teams that are trying to get better.
We see countless moves made in both the trade and free-agency markets.
But the small-market teams have a hard time landing top free agents.
One team that is expected to struggle in 2024 is the Colorado Rockies.
They have one of the worst rosters in baseball and are expected to struggle.
According to Codify, the Rockies are projected the lowest win total next season at 62 wins.

It would not be a surprise to see the Rockies as one of the worst teams in baseball.
They do not have any star players, and their pitching is poor.
Also, the Rockies play in the NL West.
That is one of the toughest divisions in baseball.
Having to face the Los Angeles Dodgers and reigning NL champion Arizona Diamondbacks will bring plenty of losses to the Rockies.
The Rockies have not made the playoffs since 2018.
Also, they have not won a playoff game since 2009.
Colorado has had a tough time finding elite talent.
Since they do not want to spend money the only way for them to be successful is drafting and developing.
But even that has not gone well for them.
Even when the Rockies do decide to spend for a free agent, it did not turn out well.
The Rockies gave Kris Bryant a seven-year contract before the 2022 season.
Through two years of that deal, things have not turned out well.
All signs point to another disappointing season.
