With the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs set to do battle in the upcoming Super Bowl at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, on February 11, the top priority for both teams is to get as healthy as possible with a little more than a week to go before kickoff.
Even though the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs have had some injury concerns throughout the NFL playoffs thus far, that hasn’t prevented them from getting back to the big game for a second straight year.
On Thursday, the team had a couple of key players not practice while three others were limited, which isn’t a great sign for the Chiefs moving forward.
According to the team’s Twitter account, Chris Jones, Isiah Pacheco, and Skyy Moore were limited, while Charles Omenihu and Joe Thuney didn’t practice.

Obviously, there’s still time for the Chiefs to get these players healthy and ready for Super Bowl Sunday on February 11, but it remains a concern for Kansas City moving forward.
Jones, Pacheco, and Thuney are the biggest names on the list, as the Chiefs would look quite different on both sides of the football if all three were unable to go against the 49ers.
However, the major concern will be if there’s no change this time next week, as there’s still plenty of time to get back to form and help this team.
The 49ers are currently the favorite to win the Super Bowl, but that could change over the next week or so.
