It is an exciting time in the National Football League this week as 22 teams are starting their mandatory minicamps.
On Monday, the Atlanta Falcons, the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Los Angeles Rams are opening up their minicamps.
All three of these teams have a chance to contend in their own conferences because of who they have at quarterback and what they may be facing in their own division.

Of course, the Atlanta Falcons made some storylines this offseason for a couple of reasons.
They inked four-time Pro Bowl quarterback Kirk Cousins to a four-year deal worth $180 million, but they also drafted his replacement with the No. 8 overall draft pick in Washington’s Michael Penix Jr.
Regardless of that situation, Atlanta could be real players in the NFC.
Given their weak division and the offensive talent that they possess with the likes of multi-purpose back Bijan Robinson and Pro Bowl tight end Kyle Pitts, they are a team to watch.
The Los Angeles Rams made the playoffs for the fifth time in Sean McVay’s tenure in 2023.
Despite starting off with a 3-6 record, the team won 10 games thanks to Matthew Stafford’s return from injury.
With the emergence of star wide receiver Puka Nacua, along with All-Pro Cooper Kupp, watch out for the Rams, even if they are going to be without the great Aaron Donald.
The Jaguars are also coming off of back-to-back winning seasons.
With a hopefully-healthy Trevor Lawrence, they can be contenders in a tough AFC South once again.
That can remain true as long as veteran receiver Gabe Davis and first-round receiver Brian Thomas Jr. can help fill the void left by Calvin Ridley.
