The Carolina Panthers didn’t get off to the start of the season they hoped for.
Sitting on a 0-5 record and at the bottom of their division, they could look to move some of their veteran players ahead of the trade deadline.
With that in mind, Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated reports that three key contributors could be on their way out, so they can recoup draft capital (via Dov Kleiman).
REPORT: #Panthers CB Donte Jackson, Safety Jeremy Chinn and WR Terrance Marshall are “Available for trade”, according to @AlbertBreer https://t.co/gGbW8jvQeU
Breer says he heard those 3 players are available with Pass-Rusher Brian Burns is also rumored as an option as well.… https://t.co/wzZL1x8G98 pic.twitter.com/IeLgDz7Q2k

Per the report, star pass rusher Brian Burns could be up for grabs at the right price.
This isn’t much of a surprise, considering he was tangled up in multiple trade rumors in the past, with the Los Angeles Rams even offering multiple first-round and second-round picks for him.
CB Donte Jackson, WR Terrance Marshall, and S Jeremy Chinn could also be on the trade block.
Jackson is one of the fastest corners in the league, and he’s on a team-friendly deal signed through 2024.
Marshall is a former second-round pick who could still turn out to be a productive player in the right setting, while Chinn is a hybrid linebacker who could be lined up pretty much everywhere.
The 0-5 Panthers will look to get their first win of the season — and of the Bryce Young era — when they visit the 4-1 Miami Dolphins on Sunday at Hard Rock Cafe Stadium.
They’re 14-point underdogs ahead of their game and will get their BYE week right after, so it wouldn’t be shocking to see them making some tough decisions sooner rather than later.
