The New Orleans Saints haven’t fared as well as they’d like offensively this season.
Adding Derek Carr to that mix wasn’t as impactful as they thought it would be, and while the team has won some games, they’re still not what they need to be.
That’s why the fans must be thrilled to know that they could have their running back corps at full strength for the first time this season.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Jamaal Williams will be activated from Injured Reserve.
Jamaal Williams and Alvin Kamara have not been together for a game yet for the #Saints. They will tonight. https://t.co/XeXLroT0du

He’s back from that hamstring injury that kept him on the shelf for the past four games, meaning he’ll join Alvin Kamara in the Saints’ backfield.
The Saints could get another big boost ahead of tonight’s Thursday Night Football matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence suffered a knee injury in Sunday’s win over the Indianapolis Colts, and he’s currently labeled as a gametime decision for tonight’s clash.
The Saints are 1.5-point favorites at the time of writing, with the game total set at just 39.5 points.
This shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, given Lawrence’s uncertain status and both team’s defensive prowess.
The Saints have only scored 20 points or more once this season.
Kamara missed the first handful of games with a suspension, but he’s been as efficient as per usual since coming back.
Now, led by that elite one-two punch on the ground, perhaps Carr will have less trouble finding Chris Olave and Michael Thomas in the passing game going forward.
