At 3-2, the Seattle Seahawks are right in the midst of the Wild Card race in the NFC though they’ll have a good shot to improve their record when they take on the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7.
The Seahawks offense hasn’t quite clicked yet this season despite all the weapons they have, though they’ve managed to win games by making timely plays.
Geno Smith hasn’t been able to recapture the magic from last season, though he remains serviceable under center.
Kenneth Walker III is having a great season on the ground, while Zach Charbonnet has started to show flashes as he’s been getting more opportunities.
As for the receivers, Tyler Lockett remains as reliable as ever, while D.K Metcalf can still make highlight reel plays downfield when given chances.
However, Metcalf’s status seems to be up in the air for Sunday as Pete Carroll announced he’s still working through a rib and hip injury via Adam Caplan of Pro Football Network.
“He’s pretty sore still. He’s still working at it. It’s going be all the way up until game time,” Carroll said.

Metcalf has been dealing with his rib injury since Week 2, while the hip issue was something that came up last week.
The star receiver is a tough person who’s been able to play through injury before, so it feels like he’ll try to give it a go though he could be limited due to the pain.
However, Metcalf at less than 100 percent would still be a valuable piece to have for the offense so Carroll and the rest of the organization have to be hopeful he suits up.
