The Las Vegas Raiders are running out of time to save their season.
Entering the year, no one knew how they would look with Jimmy Garoppolo under center.
Well, it has not been particularly good as the Raiders hold a record of 3-4.
But, Jimmy G has not been under center for all of those games.
The injury bug has bitten Garoppolo once again as he was forced to miss last week’s game.
According to Vincent Bonsignore, Garoppolo will be back at practice on Thursday, and all signs point to him playing this week.
Jimmy Garoppolo will be back at practice on Thursday for the @Raiders. Barring any setbacks looks like he’s on-line to play against the @Lions on Monday.

Getting Garoppolo back is good news for the Raiders, but it is not season-altering.
Jimmy G has struggled this year.
He has thrown for 1,079 yards with seven touchdowns and eight interceptions in five games.
While he is better than Brian Hoyer (who started last week) he is not good enough to get the Raiders to the playoffs.
At this point, Garoppolo is nothing more than a bridge quarterback.
He can be good for a few years while your team tries to develop a younger player.
But, to think Garoppolo is good enough to take any team to the Super Bowl is a mistake.
No one should be surprised if the Raiders end up with a record under .500 this year.
It may be a tough pill to swallow, but they do not have the talent to compete with many of the top AFC teams.
