The Green Bay Packers got off to a promising start to the season, and Jordan Love looked like the real deal early in his tenure.
Now, all of that is a thing of the past, with Love looking more like an afterthought and plenty of people raising some questions about Matt LaFleur’s coaching skills.
The Packers have dropped four games in a row, including two divisional contests, and it doesn’t seem like they have any sort of clue as to how to turn things around.
With that in mind, former NFL player Greg Jennings believes that as much as Love has struggled and deserves criticism for the turnovers, he’s not entirely to blame for the Packers’ shortcomings (via The Carton Show).
“There’s been no sense of continuity, no chemistry that Jordan Love has been able to develop. He has been the issue, but he has no help.”

The former wideout stated that the Packers had always had continuity and an alpha receiver, and they don’t have either of those things right now.
Granted that Christian Watson has looked solid from time to time, but he’s struggled with injuries, and Romeo Doubs might not be suited to be a WR1.
There are several ongoing issues in Green Bay.
Injuries derailed their season, and that also matters, obviously.
Judging by the tape alone, it’s hard to make a case for Jordan Love being the right guy to hold onto the job.
Even so, the Packers also had a losing record in Aaron Rodgers’ first season in charge of the offense, so they might want to give their first-round pick some more time to prove himself before making any decision.
