While the Texas Rangers and the Arizona Diamondbacks decide who is going to be crowned World Series champion, the New York Yankees vow to really analyze the way they make certain decisions and approach some processes.
The team finished with a disappointing 82-80 season in 2023, missing the playoffs for the first time since 2016.
Fans, of course, demand changes, and Yankees star Aaron Judge is on the same page.

Talkin’ Yanks made a graphic with some things Judge told MLB insider Bob Nightengale.
The 2022 AL MVP says that the Yankees “haven’t made it to the big dance in quite a few years, so we got some work to do”.
The “big dance” Judge is talking about is the World Series.
The last time the Yankees played the final series of the season was in 2009, when they won against the Philadelphia Phillies.
After that, the furthest they have reached is the American League Championship Series, on multiple occasions.
To have a chance at making it that far again, the Yanks need to do something about an offense that ranked 25th out of 30 teams in runs scored this year.
Injuries forced Judge to miss 56 games in 2023, and the Yankees really felt it because their lack of depth was exposed.
Even with all the missed time, Judge was able to hit 37 home runs and finish with a 1.019 OPS, his second straight year with more than 1.000.
If you take Judge off this team, it looks like a Triple-A offense sometimes.
Most, if not all resources the Yankees have should be directed to the offense in the upcoming offseason.
