The 2023 NFL season has not gone as planned for the Los Angeles Rams up to this point, with injuries really taking a toll on this team that looked very promising at one point during this campaign, especially on the offensive side of the football.
The Rams have lost four out of their last five games, with the latest loss being the most embarrassing of the year, as Sean McVay’s offense was only able to score three points against the lowly Green Bay Packers in Week 9 on the road at Lambeau Field.
One key piece to the offensive puzzle has been missing for the Rams, with veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford dealing with a thumb injury, prompting the team to sign fellow veteran Carson Wentz recently for insurance.
Fortunately for Los Angeles, it appears that Stafford will be ready to go off of their bye week when they’re set to face the division-rival Seattle Seahawks in Week 11 at SoFi Stadium, according to Dov Kleiman.
Update: #Rams QB Matthew Stafford is expected to return to start against the #Seahawks on Week 11, per the team.

At this point, the season is likely a lost cause for the Rams, with Los Angeles sporting a record of 3-6 right now while sharing the same division as the San Francisco 49ers and Seahawks, who both appear to be playoff-bound if they continue to play at a high level moving forward.
Even though the team hasn’t played well this season, it appears they have no intention of shutting Stafford down or taking it easy from here on out, which means they intend to continue competing for the rest of the 2023 campaign.
