The Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens will square off in one of the most exciting games of the season.
Joe Burrow is back to full strength, and that means trouble for a Ravens’ defense that has crumbled under pressure late in games, especially considering they only lost by three in their first matchup of the season.
On the flip side, Lamar Jackson and company are fresh off a heartbreaking loss to the Cleveland Browns, which is why they cannot afford another divisional setback.
To make things even crazier, NFL analyst Craig Carton points out the fact that if the Bengals beat the Ravens, then the Steelers and Browns would be playing for the first place in the division.
“If the Bengals somehow beat the Baltimore Ravens tonight, Steelers-Browns is for 1st place in the AFC North.”

All things considered, that would be the wildest scenario of the season, as the Bengals and Ravens were projected to be the best two teams in the AFC North.
The Browns have played this season mostly without Deshaun Watson and will now have rookie fifth-round pick Dorian Thompson-Robinson under center for the remainder of the season, all while the Steelers have failed to score more than 25 points in all but one game this season.
The AFC North is by far the best and most competitive division in football, and this is just another example of why.
Even with Watson missing the rest of the season, Burrow playing hurt for one month, Kenny Pickett struggling, and the Ravens’ defense blowing late-game leads, all four of these teams could end up making the playoffs.
