The Houston Texans have been the talk of the NFL world this season.
We rarely see a team go from worst to first in a division.
But that is what the Texans are in contention to accomplish.
Quarterback C.J. Stroud looks like a slam dunk pick so far.
Stroud has not only been the best rookie quarterback in the NFL, but one of the best players in the league this season.
Houston has a record of 5-4 and find themselves only one game out of first place.
Stroud is firmly in the MVP conversation and that is something no one saw coming.
According to Pro Football Talk via Dov Kleiman, Stroud said, “It’s been cool to be able to be in the (MVP) talk, but just like they love me this week, they’ll hate me the next.”

Stroud has answered all of the MVP questions properly.
He is trying his best to stay on this hot streak and helping the Texans find ways to win.
Stroud is on pace to break the rookie passing yards record which was set by Andrew Luck in 2012.
He also leads the NFL in passing yards per game and the fewest interceptions thrown.
There has only been one rookie to ever win MVP and that was Jim Brown back in 1957.
