The Miami Dolphins may have one of the best offenses in the league, but they’ve still got a lot to prove as they’ve yet to beat a projected playoff team during the 2023 NFL season.
However, the Dolphins did manage to stock up another win in Week 11 against a Las Vegas Raiders squad that’s been playing inspired football as of late.
Las Vegas had a two-game winning streak under interim head coach Antonio Pierce and they put up a good fight against Miami as their defense held them to just 20 points on the afternoon.
However, the Dolphins had the last laugh as they were able to hold on in the fourth quarter despite the Raiders having a chance to tie or take the lead late in the game.
Miami’s secondary got a huge boost when Jalen Ramsey came off of injured reserve and the star defensive back made his presence felt when he secured an interception late in the game to secure the win.
Ramsey later admitted that the pick knocked the wind out of him though he said he felt alright afterward, via Inside the NFL.

Ramsey details how the play happened and said that he was playing deeper coverage than usual given that Las Vegas didn’t have any timeouts left.
He later said that the pass was too good not to try and grab and did his best to keep his hands under the football when he landed.
There was some concern that he got hurt, but fortunately Ramsey shook it off and made sure Miami went home with another win.
