The Los Angeles Rams are hoping to turn their season around during the second half.
Coming off a massive win over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, the Rams improved to 4-6.
While the playoffs seem like a long shot, they still have a chance at a Wild Card spot.
But it would require them to stay healthy and play up to their capabilities.
One player the Rams need back in the lineup is running back Kyren Williams.
He was their bell cow at the beginning of the year but missed the last four games due to an ankle injury.
Luckily for LA, their star running back seems ready to return.
According to Adam Schefter, Williams has been designated to return to practice.
The team expects him to play this week.
Rams officially designated RB Kyren Williams to return to practice today and he is expected to play Sunday vs. Arizona.

Williams can add another weapon to an offense full of them.
If Cooper Kupp is healthy, the Rams will have Kupp, Puka Nacua, and Williams as their three best offensive players.
That is not a bad group for quarterback Matthew Stafford to work with.
Stafford has seemingly taken a step back over the past two years from when he first joined the Rams.
But he is still good enough to help this team get to the playoffs.
It will be interesting to see the workload Williams receives in his first game back.
The Rams have struggled to run the ball in his absence.
He should be in for a heavy workload as the Rams look for another division win over the Arizona Cardinals.
