The Kansas City Chiefs have been in the news a lot this season, and it hasn’t just been for their on-field play.
Travis Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift has been monitored on a national scale, a main topic in broadcasts and daily news.
While there have been many prominent figures within the NFL to comment on this, Roger Goodell has been silent thus far on the matter.
That all changed in a recent conversation with Nate Burleson.
Burleson asked Goodell about his thoughts on the situation, and what this type of exposure has done for the league, via CBS Mornings.
Goodell’s opening comments were: “They seem to be enjoying their relationship, that’s great, in and of itself.”
.@nateburleson couldn’t help but ask: How does NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell feel about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce?

While Goodell didn’t have a lot to say on the topic, it is safe to assume he is well-informed about what is going on.
Swift has been heavily featured in Chiefs broadcasts, especially when she has attended the games at Arrowhead Stadium.
Before dating Kelce, she was a noted die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan.
She might not have entirely switched her fandom to the Chiefs, but if there is another Chiefs-Eagles Super Bowl, her loyalties will be tested.
Will she root for her new boyfriend’s team or the team she grew up loving?
The choice will be hers.
Of course, both teams will need to make it back to the Super Bowl for Swift to make this decision.
In the meantime, she can enjoy her international tour, and Kelce can keep playing his heart out for the Chiefs.
