Lamar Jackson has been viewed as one of the NFL’s most dynamic quarterbacks since he entered the league.
The Baltimore Ravens star has put forth an incredible 2023 season thus far, which has helped the team to their 9-3 record.
Jackson has worked himself into the MVP conversation due to his rushing abilities, coupled with an improving passing attack.
While his passing abilities have been on full display throughout the season, Jackson has recently accomplished an impressive rushing milestone.
As a recent post from SportsCenter points out, Jackson has recently become the fastest quarterback in league history to achieve 5,000 rushing yards.

He beat the previous record holder, Michael Vick, by 22 games.
Vick had been previously known as the best rushing quarterback in league history.
While Jackson still has plenty of time left in his career, he seems to be on track to break many of Vick’s records, potentially establishing himself as a top rushing quarterback in NFL history.
He already has an MVP award to his name, and with any luck, he can keep playing well and contend for another this season.
Jackson’s health has been questioned in the past, as many have wondered if he will be able to sustain his style of play for a long time.
He might have had doubts heading into the year, but he seems to be fully healthy, which has unlocked another level of greatness for Jackson and the Ravens.
Now, he’ll have to keep this going if the Ravens want to continue their strong play into the postseason.
