The Philadelphia Eagles shut down all the outside noise about their quarterback.
GM Howie Roseman always trusted his gut, and he knew that Jalen Hurts was his guy all along.
Hurts paid him back by being one of the best quarterbacks in the game last season, and he picked up things where he left them this year.
That’s why he’s drawing plenty of praise around the league, sometimes even from those who criticized him in the past.
With that in mind, NFL analyst Brian Baldinger recently lauded Hurts’ most impressive trait: his mental toughness.
Talking on the Morning Roast on 95.7 The Game, Baldinger praised Hurts’ mental toughness and “unmatched” focus.
“That guy’s mental toughness and focus is unmatched. He’s just gonna find ways to win. His record is 25-2 in the last two years. He hasn’t lost to a team with a winning record in 15 straight games. It’s an NFL record.”@BaldyNFL on Jalen Hurts

He talked about him being a winner and a guy who’s always going to find a way to win.
Baldinger also pointed out the fact that Hurts is 25-2 in the last two years, adding that he owns the NFL record for not losing to a team with a winning record in 15 consecutive games.
Notably, that streak and his mental toughness will be put to the test on Sunday.
The Eagles will host the San Francisco 49ers for an NFC Championship Game rematch, a game that both teams have had marked on their calendars since the schedule was released.
The Niners have one of the best defensive units in the league, and they could keep Hurts on his toes, even despite his elite offensive line.
But he’s rarely bothered by the pressure, and this will be one of the best games of the season.
