Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles will look to make history on Sunday.
The 10-1 Eagles will host the San Francisco 49ers at Lincoln Financial Field for a long-awaited NFC Championship Game rematch.
That game will give Hurts the chance to set a new record.
According to James Palmer, Hurts has now won 14 consecutive games versus teams with a winning record, which is tied for the longest streak by any quarterback since at least 1950.

Hurts already knows what it takes to get past the Niners’ stout defense, although things have changed with Steve Wilks taking over DeMeco Ryans and with the addition of Chase Young.
While his numbers haven’t been spectacular, Hurts is the kind of player who often rises to the occasion and seems to thrive despite adversity.
He’s been at his best when his team needs him the most, and he’s going to have to be almost flawless to be able to get the job done against the most stacked team in the league.
The Niners have had this game marked on their calendars since the schedule was released, and they’ve spent hours and hours looking at the tape from that heartbreaking loss last year.
This will be a must-watch matchup and perhaps a preview of this year’s NFC Championship Game as well.
It doesn’t get any better than that, as both teams and both quarterbacks have plenty to prove, and while the Eagles are currently favored by three points, it’s almost impossible to know what’s going to happen in this clash of the titans.
