The Dallas Cowboys managed to extend their home winning streak to 14 games as they came from behind to beat the Seattle Seahawks in Week 13.
The Cowboys have been one of the hottest teams in the NFL the past month as they’ve decimated non-playoff contenders, but they dug deep to rally against a Seahawks team fighting for their postseason hopes.
Seattle was able to control the momentum of the game because of D.K. Metcalf who had a monster game, but Dallas and Dak Prescott were able to answer back to make it a tight one in the fourth quarter.
When the Cowboys needed them most, the defense stepped up to stall out Geno Smith and the Seahawks offense to pull out the hard-earned victory.
It was a closer game than Dallas has been accustomed to playing recently, though their fans aren’t going to complain when it results in a win.
Their effort was impressive on multiple levels and Joy Taylor dubbed it the most important of their season so far via Speak.

Taylor’s main point is that it’s the first time Dallas has beaten an opponent over .500 since their Week 2 victory over the New York Jets.
However, that win hardly counts as the Jets were only 1-0 at the time and starting Zach Wilson after Aaron Rodgers was lost for the season.
Regardless, the win over Seattle is progress for Dallas who needs to continue racking up meaningful wins in order to prove their mettle and be considered a Super Bowl contender.
