The Los Angeles Rams are riding a three-game winning streak coming out of their Week 10 bye and sit second in the NFC North at 6-6.
They’ve beaten the Seattle Seahawks, Arizona Cardinals, and Cleveland Browns and have averaged 30 points per game over those contests.
Quarterback Matthew Stafford has been a huge part of their recent success, too, and has the Rams knocking on the door of a playoff berth.
Stafford has thrown for at least 190 yards in all three wins and has seven touchdown passes in his past two games with just one interception.
But Los Angeles takes on the AFC North-leading Baltimore Ravens in Week 14.
And while the Rams may be the underdogs in this game, the ability to keep Stafford upright will be the key to an upset, former NFL fullback Daryl Johnston said on Fox this week.
“That will be the most important thing,” Johnston said, “is not only keeping Matthew clean but making him feel like he’s comfortable there.”
Keeping Matthew Stafford comfortable is vital to the Rams success.

Prior to the winning streak, Stafford and the Rams looked completely out of sorts.
Stafford had been sacked 19 times in the previous eight games with only eight touchdowns and seven interceptions.
He also missed a Week 9 loss to the Green Bay Packers after he suffered a thumb injury in Week 8.
But a fully healthy Stafford is just what the Rams need for their postseason push.
Stafford, alongside breakout running back Kyren Williams, rookie receiver Puka Nucua, and Pro Bowl wideout Cooper Kupp, the Rams have a talented enough offense to compete with the Ravens’ stout defense.
