The Philadelphia Eagles come into Week 14 with a lot of motivation to get back on track as they were embarrassed on national television the previous week against the San Francisco 49ers.
The Eagles were considered the best team in the league prior to their loss to the 49ers, but now must need to prove themselves again when they take on the Dallas Cowboys in a crucial NFC East matchup.
Although Philadelphia already owns a win over Dallas, the latter has been the hottest team in the league and has the tools required to beat the reigning NFC Champions.
However, the Eagles have to be hoping that Jalen Hurts can bounce back and turn in a strong performance to get his team back on track.
Hurts has given the Philadelphia faithful a reason to believe they can win it all this year, though the fans can also recognize they’ve been spoiled with great quarterbacks who act as dual threats on the field.
Michael Vick remains a beloved figure in Eagles history, and the former quarterback also made sure to give DeSean Jackson his flowers via NFL on Fox Podcast.
“He made the game easy for me,” Vick said.

Vick and Jackson made for one of the most electric duos in the league during their heyday as they connected on several explosive plays that resulted in huge gains or touchdowns.
Jackson played 51 games with Vick under center and he amassed 220 receptions for 4,044 yards and 24 touchdowns.
That level of production is beyond impressive, and it was good to hear Vick acknowledge Jackson’s talent and what he meant to him as a quarterback.
