Almost everything that could’ve gone wrong for the Carolina Panthers this season has gone wrong.
Bryce Young has looked out of sorts, and the reports throughout the course of the season have been far from encouraging.
You can see he’s no longer calm and poised in the pocket as he used to be earlier in the season.
He’s hesitant and erratic, and there were reports about the team simplifying the playbook for him.
However, veteran C Bradley Bozeman isn’t too worried about the first-year player.
“Bryce has done nothing but just grow this year..it’s really promising,” Bozeman said.

Talking on Good Morning Football, the former Baltimore Raven raved about Young’s in-season growth, stating that he’s done nothing but get better over the year and that it’ll be exciting to watch him do his thing in the future.
Of course, growing pains are often granted with young quarterbacks, and perhaps people wouldn’t be so hard on him if it wasn’t for C.J. Stroud, Will Levis, and Anthony Richardson looking so much better right out of the gate.
Ruling out a quarterback after just one season isn’t smart or fair, especially considering he didn’t even get to finish a single season with the same head coach.
The only silver lining of the season is that he had the opportunity to get some reps in real-time, learn and grow from his mistakes, and the game might slow down for him a little bit in year two.
However, he better bring his A-game in his sophomore season, as he already has a big target on his back.
