The two best teams in the NFL play on Monday night in Week 16 in a game that could ultimately decide who will win the Most Valuable Player award.
The NFC-leading San Francisco 49ers face the AFC-leading Baltimore Ravens in what could also be a Super Bowl prequel match.
The game features three of the leading contenders for the MVP award as well, and Fox Sports’ Keyshawn Johnson believes this game will help determine which of the three deserves it the most.
“This thing is coming down to three players, in my opinion. … [Ravens quarterback] Lamar Jackson, [49ers running back] Christian McCaffrey and [49ers quaterback] Brock Purdy,” Johnson said Tuesday. “Whoever wins the game and how well they play in that game will solidify the MVP.”

All three players have a viable claim to the award.
Jackson has almost 4,000 combined passing and rushing yards as well as 22 combined passing and rushing touchdowns.
McCaffrey leads the NFL in scrimmage yards with 1,801 and is tied for the NFL-lead with 20 combined touchdowns.
Purdy, meanwhile, leads the NFL with 29 passing touchdowns and ranks second in passing yards and completion percentage.
All three are worthy and have played like three of the best players in the NFL, but the award has notoriously skewed toward the quarterbacks.
It would be a tough hill to climb for McCaffrey to surpass Jackson and Purdy, but a big Monday night performance could solidify his claim.
