The last three weeks of the NFL season should provide much entertainment, especially considering playoff implications.
The AFC’s playoff picture is wide open, as most teams have yet to punch their ticket to the postseason.
That could all change in Week 16, as several teams could clinch their spot should everything go according to plan.
With a win over the Las Vegas Raiders this weekend, the Kansas City Chiefs can secure their eighth-straight AFC West title.
While they have been dominant over the past several years, the Chiefs have a different feeling this season.
In a recent segment of the Craig Carton Show, Willie Colon laid that out, saying, “If the Chiefs are who we want them to be, they have to be better, and they have to get there now.”

As Colon mentions, the Chiefs have become a team many expect to be in the playoffs yearly.
In a sense, this team is reminiscent of the New England Patriots during the Tom Brady era, when the team was nearly a lock to win their division and make a deep playoff run.
However, with less offensive firepower than they had demonstrated in years past, in Colon’s eyes, they need to change something soon.
Without a significant change, the Chiefs might fall short of an AFC title game this season, something they have not grown accustomed to.
Anything can happen in the NFL, especially in the playoffs.
Patrick Mahomes’ playoff expertise could be helpful, especially if this team plays more road games than they are used to.
