The Cincinnati Bengals have two-thirds of one of the most explosive and successful trios in college football history.
Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase got reunited after their run together with the LSU Tigers, leaving Justin Jefferson behind.
Needless to say, things turned out pretty well for Jefferson anyway, as he’s established himself as one of the best players on Earth as well.
That’s why every time they see each other, Jefferson has nothing but love for his former QB.
As he recently pointed out on Kay Adams’ “Up & Adams” show, he always likes to touch base and catch up with Burrow in those few seconds they get to hang out before their games, adding that he has nothing but respect and admiration for him, which is why he’s also sad to see him deal with so many injuries as of late.

Jefferson admitted that he already had a brotherhood with Chase, but he knows Chase is just so competitive and while they obviously want the best for each other, it’s just a different type of relationship.
It’s crazy to take a look at that LSU roster and how stacked it was.
Most of the players wound up being stars at the next level, and it should go down as one of the greatest teams in college football history.
Who knows?
Maybe one day, the Bayou trio of stars will go back to being teammates instead of being opponents.
