Micah Parsons just wants to play football and be the best version of himself.
However, during the Cowboys’ 22-20 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday, Parsons was visibly frustrated on a roughing the passer call after he hit Tu Tagovailoa.
The two-time All-Pro had to be restrained and pulled away from an official by fellow teammate DeMarcus Lawrence after the penalty.

After the game was over, Parsons took to social media to call out the referees.
“Free me dawg!!! whatever I did to the officials I’m sorry!,” Parsons posted on Instagram.

NFL referees have been a strong talking point among players and fans this season as there have been many questionable calls.
Cleveland Browns defense end Myles Garrett criticized the officials after week 14 in which he called the officiating a ‘travesty,” after the game.
“It was honestly awful. And the fact that they’re letting them get away with hands to the face, holding, false starting. I mean, respect to those guys, it’s a hard job, but hell, we have a hard job as well,” Garrett said after the game.
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell recently defended the officials after Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid criticized referees for an offsides penalty on Kadarius Toney that cost them a win against the Bills.
“I find it ironic that I’m sitting here answering questions about the officials got it right, and they’re being criticized. I think it shows how difficult it is for them to do their job,” Goodell said.
