Against all odds and despite a plethora of injuries, the Cleveland Browns have still managed to win ten games this season.
To make it even more impressive, they’ve done it with four different quarterbacks, and their current starter wasn’t even in the league two months ago.
With that in mind, NFL analyst Craig Carton believes Joe Flacco should be the clear-cut favorite to win Comeback Player of the Year, even if he didn’t play the entire season (Via The Carton Show).

The Browns have a 3-1 record with Flacco behind center, and it wouldn’t be shocking to see them win out by beating the New York Jets and Cincinnati Bengals in the next couple of weeks.
As crazy as it may sound, they still have a shot at winning their division and even getting the No. 1 seed in the AFC, and that’s a position not many people thought they would be at this point in the season, let alone with Joe Flacco at QB.
Flacco’s last two stints in the league left a lot to be desired, and while it’s clear that the arm strength and talent were there, his lack of mobility made people think he was washed and couldn’t play at all anymore.
It’s crazy to think that the Browns could’ve actually been the best team in the entire league under normal circumstances, and while there’s no way they’ll bench Deshaun Watson for Joe Flacco next season, Flacco should get at least a couple of opportunities after such an impressive comeback season.
