The Las Vegas Raiders spoiled the Kansas City Chiefs’ Christmas.
Even though they’re not going to be in the playoffs, that doesn’t mean the Raiders won’t play hard and just hand their divisional rivals a win.
That’s why Skip Bayless believes there was nothing fake or phony about the Raiders’ impressive win over the Chiefs.
Talking on Undisputed, Bayless stated that the Raiders wanted it more and were most physical, which is why they were able to pull off that ‘Christmas miracle.’
Antonio Pierce looks and acts the part because he is the part. He can exude what Silver and Black really means. There’s nothing fake about it. https://t.co/KhWGpNgoi1

He praised Antonio Pierce for having his team ready to play with physicality and inflict some pain, stating that he doesn’t just look the part; he is the part.
Pierce has found mixed results since taking over as interim coach, but no one can deny that he’s had the players’ ear from day one.
Every single one of those guys would run through a brick wall for him, and the culture turnaround has been more than evident since Josh McDaniels was let go.
Of course, they don’t have the personnel to compete with some of the powerhouses in the game, but they’re not that far off either.
And while Pierce might not be the most experienced tactician in the game, he has the respect of the locker room, and just like Dan Campbell has shown with the Detroit Lions, sometimes that could take a team a very long way.
Hopefully, he’ll show just enough to keep the job on a full-time basis, as he’s done more than enough to get it.
