The Buffalo Bills managed to turn their season around.
Firing Ken Dorsey proved to be a step in the right direction, as they’ve found more balance and have peaked at the right time.
Nonetheless, that rough start to the campaign left them with no margin for error down the stretch.
That’s why they cannot rest on their laurels and just go through the motions this weekend in their divisional showdown with the New England Patriots.
Talking to James Palmer of the NFL Network, Bills WR Gabe Davis claimed that they know they cannot overlook the Patriots because they’re still a good team.
“We’re worried about the Patriots. They’re still a good team,” Davis said.

And while their record might definitely not show that, Bill Belichick does have a long history of spoiling the party for the Bills.
They’re likely to make the playoffs even with a loss.
Nonetheless, the Miami Dolphins are just two games ahead of them in the divisional race, and with the Dolphins visiting the Baltimore Ravens, they need to make the most of this unique chance to get on top, especially considering they’re going to square off in the final game of the season.
Simply put, a loss to the Patriots would pretty much mean kissing the division goodbye, and given the way the Patriots have struggled this season, it would also be a massive disappointment for the team and the fans.
Then again, we already saw what they did to the Denver Broncos, and one should never underestimate one of the greatest — if not the greatest — coaches in NFL history.
