The Green Bay Packers have been up and down this season, primarily because of injuries.
But they continue to have a chance of making the playoffs, and their offense seems to be clicking at the right time.
Unsurprisingly, plenty of that has to do with their running game and, more specifically, with Aaron Jones.
According to Packers beat writer Zach Kruse, the talented running back is currently leading all players in rushing success rate, boasting a 61.7% success rate, which is also a career-best for him.

Jones has only been able to play ten games this season, but he’s been unstoppable when on the field.
He’s averaged a whopping 4.5 yards per attempt, logging 545 yards per game and a couple of touchdowns in 120 rushing attempts.
Jones is coming off back-to-back games of 120+ rushing yards as he’s finally healthy, and he could play a huge factor in the team’s success in the postseason.
Having a player like him opens up the field for Jordan Love, and if the Packers get star WR Christian Watson back in time for the playoffs, they could be a legitimate dark horse to come out of the NFC.
Love alternated great games with not-so-good ones earlier in the season, but he’s shown glimpses of greatness late in the campaign.
And while the Packers still haven’t clinched a spot in the postseason, they have a divisional date with the Chicago Bears ahead of them for the season finale, so they should be in a prime position to close out the year with a victory.
