NFL analysts always say it’s not about how you start the season but about how you finish it.
If that’s true, then Jordan Love is having one of the best seasons we’ve seen in quite a while.
The Green Bay Packers QB is proving to be everything they say he was and, even more, dominating the rest of the league down the stretch.
As shown by PFF, Love currently ranks No. 1 in the league in passing touchdowns (16) and interceptions thrown (1) and has been second in PFF grade (88.2) since Week 11.

The Packers looked doomed to miss the playoffs for the second time in as many years and the first time in the post-Aaron Rodgers era, but the former first-round pick took matters into his own hands.
Matt LaFleur’s team has struggled with key injuries on the offensive line and the running game, and star WR Christian Watson has also been on the shelf more often than not.
Even so, Love continues to find ways to get the job done, looking calm in the pocket in making some Aaron Rodgers-ish throws.
The odds of getting a third consecutive elite quarterback in Green Bay were small but not zero.
And while it’s still quite early in his career and he has to prove himself on the biggest stage, the early returns from the Jordan Love era should be more than enough to get the fan base hyped and excited about the future.
Love is the real deal, and the Packers have found their guy.
