The Chicago Bears may not be in the postseason, but the future looks bright as they’ve put together some solid games to close out the 2023 NFL season.
Justin Fields is making a strong case to be the franchise quarterback, though the Bears will have a tough decision to make come draft time as they own the No. 1 overall pick.
Chicago’s front office did everything it could to surround Fields with more playmakers, and that includes a blockbuster deal that landed them DJ Moore.
Moore has arguably been the most underrated receiver in the league and he and Fields developed quite the connection over the season.
The star wideout was easily Fields’ favorite target on the field and he repaid his quarterback with plenty of clutch plays.
However, Moore’s season wasn’t enough to earn a Pro Bowl nod and he wasted no time expressing how he felt about the snub via his personal Twitter account.

Moore posts a GIF of The Joker from the blockbuster movie “The Dark Knight” making it known he finds him being left off as a joke.
The four Pro Bowl receivers for the NFC were CeeDee Lamb, AJ Brown, Mike Evans, and Puka Nacua, all worthy of representing the conference.
Moore certainly had a case, but the Bears’ record probably was weighed heavily by the voters.
Chicago did have two players on the defense named to the Pro Bowl as Montez Sweat and Jaylon Johnson made the cut, but Moore and the fans would’ve certainly liked to see the wideout join the festivities.
