The Buffalo Bills won the AFC East for the fourth consecutive season after beating the Miami Dolphins on the road in the final regular season game of the year.
The victory not only delivered the division but also a home playoff game against the 10-7 Pittsburgh Steelers as well.
A lot of this is thanks to quarterback Josh Allen, who overcame three turnovers to lead Buffalo to victory.
Allen’s play is why Fox Sports analyst Colin Cowherd believes the Bills will continue to win the AFC East so long as he is their quarterback.
“He will dominate this division until he’s out of his prime,” Cowherd said. “Which is probably six or seven years. He is other-worldly.”

The Bills were counted out after they fell to 5-5 midway through the year, but stormed back to win six of their next seven games.
Allen has continued to look the part of franchise quarterback even in spite of his sometimes careless attitude towards holding onto possession of the ball.
But in the games that have mattered most, Allen willed his team to win and kept their Super Bowl aspirations alive.
Allen proved even in a down season that he and the Bills can win any game at any time, and now they’ll get to stay home for the rest of the AFC playoffs unless they face the Baltimore Ravens in the conference title game.
Questions may continue about his style of play, but Allen is unquestionably still a top-5 quarterback in the NFL and the top one in the AFC East.
