The Green Bay Packers shocked the world by going into the Dallas Cowboys’ house and putting an end to their 16-game home winning streak.
There was a point in the season when it didn’t seem like the Packers were playoff material, and now they’re in the NFC Divisional Round.
Of course, most people believe this is the end of the journey for Matt LaFleur’s team this season, as they’ll now head to the Bay area for a road date with the San Francisco 49ers.
Nonetheless, former NFL defender Willie Colon believes this Packers team could make it a close game.
Talking on The Carton Show, Colon argued that ‘Jordan Love’ has arrived, adding that the Packers’ dominant running game and much-improved defense were lights out to close out the season.
“It’s gonna be a closer game than you think and Jordan Love by all accounts has arrived.”

Needless to say, it’ll take a massive team effort to beat a juggernaut like the 49ers, a team that has had the Packers’ number in the playoffs for years now.
Then again, Aaron Rodgers is no longer in town, and they seemed to be his kryptonite.
Perhaps all the Packers needed to get past their nemesis was a change at the quarterback position.
The Packers know they don’t have anything to lose or prove at this point, and that kind of swagger and confidence could take them a long way, even if they’re facing the best team in the league.
