The Miami Dolphins had an impressive season, but they collapsed toward the end of the campaign.
Tyreek Hill was pretty banged up, and that obviously took a huge toll on their ability to compete at the highest level.
He was the best wide receiver in the game by a significant margin, and his unmatched tackle-breaking ability and speed made him a big play threat on every single dropback.
That’s why it’s not much of a surprise to see that the Dolphins were undefeated when he reached 100 receiving yards, yet went just 1-6 when he was held to 99 yards or fewer.
With that in mind, Hill took to Twitter to compare himself to Kevin Durant.
“I’m Kevin Durant,” Hill said.

It’s hard to make a comparison between him and the NBA superstar.
Perhaps he means that the Phoenix Suns and Brooklyn Nets needed Durant to drop 30+ points on any given night to have a chance to get a win, but that could also be taken as a shot at his teammates.
The only thing they have in common is that they’re both elite at their craft and broke their respective molds.
One is a seven-footer with guard-like moves and shooting skills, and the other is an undersized wideout thriving in a big man’s game, and they should both be first-ballot Hall of Famers.
Whatever the case, one thing’s definitely for sure: Their supporting casts also need to step up and do their part of the job if their teams want to stand a chance in the playoffs.
