The Buffalo Bills cannot afford another heartbreaking playoff loss.
They’ve been on the wrong end of some truly difficult moments, and it’s about time they get to the mountaintop.
Notably, it seems like the moment has never been more perfect for them than now.
They ended the season strong, managed to steal the division, and will be at home to host their nemesis.
Unfortunately, they will also be without four key players for this matchup.
According to NFL insider Ari Meriov, they’ve already ruled out WR Gabriel Davis, CB Christian Benford, LB Baylon Spector, and S Taylor Rapp for the AFC Divisional Round matchup.

Fortunately for them, Sean McDeromtt’s team has found plenty of depth, and it seems like they’re peaking at the right time.
They will host a Kansas City Chiefs team playing on the road in the AFC playoffs for the first time since Patrick Mahomes took the reins of the offense, and it’ll be the third time they square off in that span as well, with the Chiefs winning both previous meetings.
The Bills have a stacked roster on both sides of the field, and their defense has stepped up in a big way over the past month and a half. Josh Allen is playing at perhaps the best level of his career.
They’re 2.5-point favorites ahead of this game even despite the injuries, and while history has never been on their side, and especially not in this brewing rivalry, it’s about time they get over the hump.
