As per usual, whenever a team in the NFL has the kind of success that the Baltimore Ravens did during the regular season, the team’s coaching staff becomes a target for teams around the league that want upgrades at positions like head coach, offensive coordinator, and defensive coordinator.
Even though the season ended in disappointing fashion with the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs getting the best of Lamar Jackson and the Ravens in the AFC Championship Game, the team was able to keep a vital piece to the puzzle on the coaching staff.
According to KPRC 2 Houston, the Green Bay Packers took a run at bringing in new Ravens defensive coordinator Zach Orr, but he decided to stay in Baltimore instead, via Dov Kleiman.

Although the Ravens were known more for their potent offense during the 2023 campaign, with Jackson putting on a show while seemingly being headed for a second NFL MVP award, Baltimore still got the job done on the defensive side of the football, which is why this team seemed destined to go the distance.
With the team intact moving forward, it’ll be interesting to see if the Ravens can get back to where they were in the regular season as a team that was firing on all cylinders on both sides of the football.
If the Ravens can repeat what they did in the regular season this year, Jackson and company will be a serious threat in the AFC once again and perhaps the favorite to win it all.
