For decades, the NFL has been one of the most successful and profitable sports leagues on Earth.
Needless to say, that means the Super Bowl is perhaps the biggest sporting event every year, at least for Las Vegas.
And with the ascent and prominence of the sports gambling industry in America over the past couple of years, that’s only gotten more evident.
That’s why it’s not much of a surprise to see that the American Gaming Association projects over $23.1 billion in bets to be placed on Sunday’s game, with a record-breaking 68 million people placing their bets, according to NFL insider Dov Kleiman.

The Super Bowl is one of the biggest nights for the entertainment industry, and this year won’t be the exception to the rule.
Football continues to be king in America, and with so many more people getting into sports gambling, even as mere enthusiasts, these numbers should go way up every single year.
Hopefully, the game will be up to the level of all the frenzy, and there’s no reason to think that won’t be the case.
Despite being 2.5-point underdogs, the Kansas City Chiefs are the team to beat and will look to become the first team to win consecutive Super Bowls since the New England Patriots did it two decades ago.
The San Francisco 49ers, on the other hand, will look to get back at Patrick Mahomes and company for a heartbreaking loss at this very same stage four years ago, this time boasting the most stacked roster the league has seen in quite a while.
