Judging by the numbers and accolades, Baltimore Ravens star Lamar Jackson should already be considered a Hall of Famer.
He holds several records in terms of dual-threat quarterbacks, and he’s already won two MVP awards despite being just 27 years of age.
Notably, just nine quarterbacks have been able to win multiple MVP awards throughout the course of their careers, with Jackson joining the likes of Joe Montana, Steve Young, Kurt Warner, Patrick Mahomes, Brett Favre, Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, and Peyton Manning.
However, as Mike Greenberg pointed out on ESPN’s “Get Up,” he also happens to be the only player on that list who hasn’t won a Super Bowl yet.
At just 27 years old, Lamar Jackson is the youngest two-time MVP since the merger.

Of course, barring injury, Jackson still has plenty of football ahead of him.
Still, his style of play doesn’t exactly favor staying healthy, which is why some people are concerned about how his body could hold up in the long run.
More than that, this kind of thing can take a toll on a player’s mindset and confidence going forward.
Jackson has a losing record in the playoffs, and turning that narrative around will be quite tough.
The Baltimore Ravens were just one win away from making it to the big game this season, and they didn’t make a great impression in that AFC Championship Game loss, starting with Jackson.
He’s likely going to have many more chances to win the big game and keep building his Hall of Fame case, but it won’t get any easier with Mahomes, Joe Burrow, Josh Allen, and now even C.J. Stroud also in the AFC for years to come.
