The NFL offseason is officially upon us and there will be many interesting storylines over the next few months.
One of those storylines is what the Chicago Bears will do with quarterback Justin Fields.
They have the first overall pick in the NFL Draft and are expected to select a quarterback.
If that is the case, they will have to trade Fields.
One team that is showing interest in Fields is the Pittsburgh Steelers.
After last season, it is clear the Steelers need a new quarterback, as neither Kenny Pickett nor Mason Rudolph look like the long-term answer.
But, if Fields is available the Steelers should be interested.
According to Adam Schefter via Dov Kleiman, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin is a “big fan” of Fields.

Fields would be an immediate upgrade to the quarterbacks in Pittsburgh.
At worst, he is one of the best-rushing quarterbacks in the sport.
He can create plays with his legs and keep drives alive.
That is something the Steelers have struggled with in recent years.
Also, Fields improved as a passer last season.
Fields will be 25 years old at the beginning of next season.
He still has plenty of good football ahead of him if he can find the right situation and the Steelers have brought in Arthur Smith to be their offensive coordinator.
Smith is known for having run-heavy offenses, which could be perfect for Fields’ skillset.
