The new NFL league year does not begin until March.
But, the offseason may mean different things to different teams.
Some teams are looking to make a few small changes to improve their chances at a Super Bowl.
While others are looking to turn their entire franchise around.
One team that may be under the most pressure this offseason is the Chicago Bears.
They have the first overall pick and the ninth overall pick in the NFL Draft.
Also, they have quarterback Justin Fields in the fold, who could be worth a lot in a potential trade.
According to ESPN Radio, Paul Hembekides called it a “franchise-defining offseason.”
“It’s a franchise defining off-season for the Chicago Bears.”

No team will be under more scrutiny than the Bears based on the moves they make.
It seems likely they are going to select a quarterback with the first overall pick and trade Fields.
If for no other reason, adding a quarterback on a rookie deal can save the Bears a lot of money over the next few years.
In a salary-cap league, finding ways to get impact players on the cheap is vital.
That move could help net the Bears even more draft capital to improve their roster.
Chicago has been bad for a long time, waiting for an offseason like this.
They should be able to draft two franchise-changing players in the first round.
Also, they have plenty of money to spend in free agency to fill the holes on their roster.
It is not a stretch to say this may be one of the most important offseasons in Bears history.
