The Dallas Cowboys haven’t exactly been the most successful franchise in the league lately, at least sports-wise.
They’re still one of the biggest sports markets on Earth and have perhaps the largest fan base in the nation, but that hasn’t translated into championships.
Jerry Jones has been calling all the shots for quite a while now, and he doesn’t seem to care about players who, like him, do a little extra talking.
That’s why NFL analyst Craig Carton believes star EDGE rusher Micah Parsons might be talking his way out of Dallas.
Talking on The Carton Show, he addressed the Penn State product’s latest statements about the team having an identity problem right now.
“It’s interesting to me that now Micah Parsons is talking about how the Cowboys have a culture problem and an identity problem and I’m starting to think that Micah Parsons is starting to talk his way out of Dallas,” said Carton.

Parsons might or might not be right about that, but perhaps it’s not his place to go out in public and say that, and he’s drawn plenty of negative attention and criticism with his latest comments on his podcast.
For starters, the fans would want Parsons to start leading by example, as he has left a lot to be desired in big games that he’s been involved in since entering the league.
Also, while he’s one of the most talented defenders in the league, he hasn’t exactly earned his stripes yet, and it seems like he’s calling his coaches and teammates out.
The Cowboys do have several issues to address, and this might be one of them.
