The Dallas Cowboys haven’t been able to make it to the Super Bowl in almost three decades, let alone win one.
They’ve had several good teams throughout the course of the years, but the final outcome is always the same.
Now, Micah Parsons has made the rounds for calling his teammates out and stating that there’s a culture and identity problem within the organization.
That was in response to DeMarcus Lawrence blaming fatigue for their shocking loss in the Wild Card round to the Green Bay Packers.
With that in mind, Pro Football Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe didn’t hesitate to point the finger at Jerry Jones for that situation.
“The problem that they have is something that’s beyond repair, that’s beyond fixing. And that’s Jerry Jones. Jerry Jones created the culture,” Sharpe said.

Talking on First Take, Sharpe stated that the Cowboys’ problem is beyond repair because that problem is Jerry Jones.
He said he’s built the culture, and he has always been the actual head coach and offensive and defensive coordinator.
Sharpe accused Jones of controlling his coaches and not putting them in a position to hold the players accountable, which is why they always wind up making excuses for their shortcomings.
And while he thinks the payers are also responsible for what has happened, all signs eventually point at the business mogul for the way he’s run the team.
Truth be told, he’s got a valid point, as it’s hard to expect different results after doing the same thing over and over.
Regardless of the players or the head coach, this team might not be able to shake off their woes for as long as Jones is calling all the shots.
