The NFL season has only just come to an end with the Kansas City Chiefs being the first team to win back-to-back titles since Tom Brady’s New England Patriots, but it won’t take long for football to ramp up again, with the 2024 NFL Draft right around the corner.
With the dust settling on the 2023 campaign, the attention turns to the draft, which is only two months away on April 25, with a lot of intrigue surrounding the Chicago Bears and their decision at No. 1 overall.
As of right now, it seems as though the Bears may finally be done with quarterback Justin Fields, as many expect the team to trade the promising young quarterback in order to pave the way for USC’s Caleb Williams.
Although nothing is set in stone at this point in time, and anything can happen over the course of the next two months, Williams is projected to be the No. 1 overall pick with Chicago in a prime position to bring in another potential franchise quarterback that will be ready to play right away.
On Wednesday, along with Fields making an interesting appearance on a podcast talking about why he unfollowed the Bears on social media, Williams was listed as a player without an agent, according to Ben Baby of ESPN.
The NFLPA released its list of draft-eligible players and their agent representation.

Going without an agent, especially as the projected top pick in the NFL Draft, is an unorthodox approach, to say the least.
Williams will have some tough choices to make as he will be approached with many endorsement deals as well as agents who will promise to give him the best deal possible.
