After two disappointing seasons with the Denver Broncos, superstar quarterback Russell Wilson will likely be on the move during this NFL offseason, with the consensus being that the two sides will part ways.
With all signs pointing to Wilson and the Broncos parting ways, speculation has started to run rampant about where the one-time Super Bowl champion might land ahead of the 2024 NFL season.
At this point, it seems as though there are quite a few options for Wilson, with teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers and Las Vegas Raiders being potential suitors for the veteran quarterback.
Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III chimed in on the subject and believes that the New England Patriots should sign the 35-year-old, as he took to Twitter to share his opinion, even though he thinks Joe Flacco will end up in Boston while the team will also draft a quarterback in the 2024 NFL Draft.
The @Patriots SHOULD SIGN Russell Wilson when he leaves the Denver Broncos, but they are MORE LIKELY to sign Joe Flacco who worked with OC Alex Van Pelt in Cleveland last year. They WILL DRAFT A QB this year, but should allow him to learn for a year and take over in year 2. pic.twitter.com/3Ycko3eJuB

With Wilson heading into the downside of his career with perhaps only a few years left on the NFL level, he’ll likely prioritize winning when looking for a new team in the league, which means the Patriots might be a stretch as the storied franchise is in a rebuilding phase in the post-Bill Belichick era.
That said, the Steelers might be the best option, with the team having one of the best defenses in the league and having some talented players on offense, meaning Wilson could head to Pittsburgh and immediately be in playoff contention instead of continuing to struggle with a team like the Patriots.
