The Los Angeles Dodgers hope all their players will be ready for the start of the regular season.
To ensure they are, each player is getting some time in spring training.
You will not find a team with more hype around them this year than the Dodgers.
After spending over $1 billion on free agents this offseason, the Dodgers have made themselves heavy World Series favorites.
One prized possession they picked up this offseason is starting pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto.
He signed with the Dodgers after spending the last few years playing in Japan.
Some expect Yamamoto will contend for the NL Cy Young award in his first year.
Yamamoto already made one spring training start and it lived up to the hype.
Now, everyone wants to see what he does for an encore.
According to Fabian Ardaya, Yamamoto will make his next start on Wednesday against the White Sox.

Yamamoto showed off all of his skills in his first start.
He is a flamethrower with incredible off-speed pitches including a curveball and splitter.
His first start ended with him throwing two innings, allowing one hit with three strikeouts.
The Dodgers will have a strong starting rotation in 2024.
Led by Yamamoto, they will also welcome Tyler Glasnow into the fold.
On paper, there seems to be no weakness to the Dodgers’ roster.
The only thing that could hold this team back is injuries.
But, if they stay healthy they have a great chance to win the World Series.
