The Philadelphia Phillies have been feeding off their crowd in the last two postseasons.
No team in baseball has a better home crowd than the one at Citizens Bank Park.
It motivates each player to be at his best and that is a large reason why the Phillies have been great in the playoffs.
Also, the crowd may be leading their players to celebrate in ways they would not during the regular season.
Everything means more in the playoffs and the Phillies are letting their emotions flow.
According to MLB, there is a new iconic celebration the Phillies have made their own.
That is the bat spike.

Last year, it was Rhys Hoskins who spiked his bat after hitting a home run off Spencer Strider.
This year, it is Bryson Stott who did the same thing after hitting a grand slam on Wednesday night.
You would normally not see this happen in a regular-season game.
But the intensity runs high in the playoffs and the Phillies are feeding off of it.
It will be interesting to see if the Phillies can have another iconic moment in the NLDS.
Just like last season, they are set to take on the Atlanta Braves.
This will be a highly contested series between two teams that do not like each other.
The Braves are seeking revenge after last season.
While the Phillies are hoping to keep the good times rolling.
Many expect this series to be the best of the playoffs, let us hope it does not disappoint.
