The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Mike Evans have finally put an end to their dispute.
The talented wide receiver got what he wanted, as he’ll now have an opportunity to finish his career as a Buc.
According to a report by Adam Schefter of ESPN, both parties have agreed on terms of a two-year contract worth $52 million with $35 million guaranteed.
Before free agency begins next week, the Buccaneers and five-time Pro-Bowl WR Mike Evans reached agreement on a two-year, $52 million that includes $35 million guaranteed, per his agent @DerykGilmore.

This isn’t much of a surprise, as Evans always talked about his desire to stay at Raymond James Stadium for the remainder of his career.
The Bucs’ front office did a solid job by getting him under contract on a short-term deal, all while giving him a lot of guaranteed money to make sure he inked his signature on the dotted line.
Evans is one of the most underrated players in the game, and it’s been like that for years now.
He’s never had a season with less than 1,000 receiving yards, and that’s despite a revolving door of quarterbacks.
Outside of Baker Mayfield and Tom Brady, his QB situation has been far from good, yet he’s always managed to put up big numbers.
The Bucs made it a priority to keep the Texas A&M product on the team, and they can now focus solely on making sure that Baker Mayfield also extends his stay in Florida.
They should continue to be the team to beat in the NFC South for the foreseeable future if they manage to keep their core together.
