The Philadephia Eagles had one of the best defenses in the league two years ago, but some of those guys are no longer in town.
Notably, they could lose another one of their stars soon.
According to sources, they have granted Haason Reddick permission to seek a trade.
The star pass rusher is trying to get a new contract, and multiple teams could be in the mix to acquire his services.
A New Jersey native who attended Temple, Reddick stated that he was hopeful to stay with the team and represent his city for the rest of his career, but that may no longer be the case.
With that in mind, NFL Draft analyst Tony Pauline reports that DeMeco Ryans and the Houston Texans are keeping tabs on his situation (via Dov Kleiman).

According to Over The Cap, Reddick will make $15 million this year, which is obviously a bargain for a player of his caliber.
The Eagles are reportedly looking for a valuable draft pick for his contract, but his trade value could get lower by the day as we inch closer to the NFL Draft.
The Texans were one of the most improved teams in the league last season, and adding a proven veteran to their defensive line could only do wonders for DeMeco Ryans’ team.
