Jerry Jones has owned the Dallas Cowboys since 1989.
It was all fun and games at first, with the team winning three Super Bowls under his watch.
Fast forward to today, and it’s been almost three decades since a trip to the big game, let alone a Vince Lombardi trophy.
A lot has transpired ever since.
On the one hand, Jones has turned the Cowboys into the most valuable sports franchise, and his success as a businessman is as remarkable as it is unparalleled.
On the other hand, the Cowboys have struggled to make any noise in the playoffs for quite some time.
With that in mind, NFL analyst Craig Carton claimed that the fans are absolutely done with Jones, and he predicted that the business mogul could end up selling the team very soon.
.@craigcartonlive believes there’s a possibility Jerry Jones sells the Cowboys:

Talking on The Carton Show, he said that as much as Jones loves to own the Cowboys, he also loves money, and he makes every single decision thinking about that.
Perhaps that’s what the Cowboys need.
Jones has made it loud and clear that he’s going to make all decisions, both minor or major, for the team, and that has led them to this never-ending cycle.
The team needs someone who can be held accountable for the team’s lack of postseason success, and that’s never going to happen with Jones at the helm.
